Last week I brought my car in for a thumping sound every time I hit a bump. On the freeway, it sounded like Chitty chitty bang bang! Took it into the Family _____ in LA Mesa, only to get a very high quote of $3,298. I googled it while waiting, and was expecting to pay between $200 and $1,200 for suspension work, I told them I will get a second opinion. Took it to John's Autmotive Care, on Riverdale, and got a quote of $1,267, with the filter replacement. Wow!!! Super glad I went there. I even got rides back and forth to my house! My car is running great now! I am a brand new and now forever customer. There was a four day wait, but, well worth the wait! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest deal. John’s auto guy’s were awesome as always. Great communication and performance. That’s why I’ve gone to them for the past 13 years. I highly recommend them.

The service took longer than expected, great service at the front desk. I had to call back 2 times to check on my car, ended up coming at 5. When I was told to come back to pick up my car it wasn’t there, it was at the satellite location. The inside of the car was super dusty. Normally it’s very seamless
