Pros: nice team. Helpful information given about what to look out for in the future. Competitive rates. They seem honest which is the most important thing to me. Cons: received a service summary via email stating that my car had severe problems, wasn’t safe to drive, and that immediate attention was needed. I called to clarify. They told me that I’d get a call back from the service tech, but I never did. After a second unreturned call, I walked about a mile to speak with someone in person only to find out that I had received an incorrect summary and that my vehicle is actually fine.

Neil helped me at John’s Automotive and was amazing! Super communicative about what my car needed and just overall great experience. Customer service and the actual work was great. I felt taken care of! Automotive stuff can be scary when you are unfamiliar with cars and they really made sure I was taken care of! Will definitely be back
