In 2007 and 2011 John’s Automotive Care was awarded the AAA (Automobile Club of Southern California) Quality Service Award. This award is based over a two year period, meaning we were the reigning recipients of this award for a total of four years! Why don't they have it now, you ask? The award was retired in 2011. AAA doesn't give out that award anymore, but if they did, you know John’s Automotive Care would be on the receiving hand of it!

What green certification means
To be a green business, we had to meet tough certification requirements of the San Diego Area Green Business Program. This program was developed to help minimize the environmental impact of business in the San Diego region by encouraging them to use tools and practices that are environmentally responsible.
Plus, to maintain our green business certification, we are required to continue to use our environmentally conscious business procedures and materials.
Business responsibilities to the environment
At John’s Automotive Care, we believe that businesses should be responsible to the environment by reducing their waste, minimizing extraneous utility usage, improving equipment performance, and creating a safer environment not only for employees of the business, but also for the community as a whole.
As a green business, our auto care shop actively participates in pollution prevention, energy conservation, water conservation, and solid waste reduction practices voluntarily. We also comply with all environmental regulations that are designed to create a more sustainable world for current and future generations.
