FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd initially made an appointment for this morning ( May 30th) at 7am for an oil and filter change. I'd also asked about inspecting the brakes and tires. Unfortunately, I had to change last minute (with only 2 days notice). Mike was awesome. He squeezed me in for an appointment today at 1pm. I was incredibly grateful. TOOK THE EXTRA STEP! I walked in a little before my appointment, and Justin took care of me with superb professionalism. When I'd asked about a quote on repairing some plastic portions of my driver side skid plates, he said he'd get his team on it. They did everything I asked and beyond. Why would I bother taking my vehicle to the dealership where they nickel and dime me. Justin was completely transparent and practical with the repairs needed. He did exactly what I was looking for, and none of it broke the bank. THANK YOU! I will continue to bring my vehicle here for ALL my automotive services. Also, those snacks and free beverages are on point. Good stuff!

My experience here was overall excellent. The staff are very kind. Big shout out to Billy who was my advocate. I brought my truck in to get checked out, truck was unsafe to drive. Because it was an holiday weekend, I wasn't going to be able to get my truck return to me by Tuesday. They made it possible for me to get a rental car and applied the total cost of my rental to my balance on top of my military discount. They also, give complementary car wash certificates. They're very knowledgeable and will try to teach you their language. Lol. My son was able to get a frisbee, from the basket of toys they provide for children. I would definitely be returning to them for further repairs. It's the little things that count, that makes it big

Service and price were average. Literally an hour after I paid picked up my car, I opened mail and there was a coupon from John's Auto Care for $25 off any service. I called Justin to see about applying the coupon and getting a credit. He was cold and told me there was no way it could be applied, the work is done. I have been in business for a long time and this is bad business. He.stated that I could use it on my next visit. There will be no next visit by me to John's. Update: Brian, The General manager called me to apologize and stated that this should not have happened and assured me that this is not how the company normally conducts business. He offered me a choice of the $25 credit or a Free oil change. I took the oil change and am willing to work with them again. The situation was handled satisfactorily and professionally.

As always, from the minute you make your appointment to the time you drop off your car and discuss your auto needs with the courteous experts preparing your work order, to the time you pick up your auto, it's an extremely professional and quality experience. Once under the hood should other fixes be found or proactive measures be determined to keep your auto running smoothly, I feel they have my back, no pressure just working through what's doable, needed, or could be postponed to another visit or future reassessment. Instead of sitting around waiting for my car they were so generous to drop me off at the mall to get some shopping and walking in and then just as kindly picked me up. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a coupon for a free car wash down the street from their location. Great car wash, totally, as professional and thorough as John's Automotive. Thanks to the team it was another great experience, affordable, efficient and courteous!!!
