I expected great service because they are so highly rated. I was not disappointed, they took care of my daughters Lexus for it's 70,000 mile service, they were extremely reasonable and professional. They offer the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Car broke down late at night and AAA towed to this mechanic. Left my key with overnight Dropbox (awesome!) and went home. They opened at 8am but I received a call at 730am letting me know they got my keys and would work on it today. They kept me informed during the day and the overall cost was lower than expected. The whole experience went smoothly and easy, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I found this place online and I'm glad I did. I felt they were honest and their prices are very reasonable. This is going to be where I take my car for any service needs from now on.

I recently went to John's Automotive to have my AC checked. They were very accommodating by trying to fit me into their busy schedule. Very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride home. I will definantly return and make use of their services again.

I found John's Automotive at a time when it was very stressful. There was a lot going wrong with my car. I was also worried that someone would take advantage of me if I took it just anywhere. As soon as I entered the lobby at John's I could feel that something was different, better. It was clean it smelled good they were smiling and pleasant. They spoke to their clients as though they'd known them a long time with respect and joy. They gave me a very thorough estimate with pictures and everything helped me make a good decision as to whether I should fix my old car or get a different car. I would recommend John's to anyone especially a woman because they don't make you feel less than.
