You asked and I will tell. I have used 3 of your shops over the years. The first time was when my wife was stranded with total oil loss on her car. You not only towed her but you made her feel safe. You repaired the problem relaced the oil and even cleaned up the underside as it was bad. She raved about your guys. Well since that time I have taken several of my vehicles to your location in La Mesa with the same great service from several of your people. Now to the point, My 1939 Chev Master Delux. I restored it in 1972 and over the years things needed to be upgraded. So when I went to your La Mesa shop they advised me they do not work on older vehicles and was sent to your San Diego location that deals with old Iron. Your crew there could not have been better as they not only know old cars they love them. Jim did most of the hard work and he was very open and showed me many different issues we had to work with. Brian his boss was also so helpful and kept me to up speed on how things were going. I have not yet got my 39 back as some of the new parts had to be back-ordered and as we all know that takes time. No fault of John's or anyone working for you. It is just life and when I stop in to check on my very old car they are so open and welcome me in. That is key to me that they are open and willing to talk about any issue. Hope to get my loved old car back soon as i have had that vehicle since 1972. Harold
