As a resident of San Diego since early 1975, I have been having auto repair services location throughout San Diego, from Escondido to National City, also in Mission Vally, Kearny Mesa, El Cajon...Some shops provided bad , unnecessary repairs and unsatisfactory customer service. Some are OK, but none as good and meeting my all expectations until I found JAC, 3 years ago. I returned for service to my SUV last week and enjoyed the usual great customer service as before. From the time I handed over the car key to Benjamin (the new rep., a great addition to the front desk) to the time he walked me to the car to drive home, everything went smoothly. The car problems were diagnosed and fixed correctly. I was regularly informed about the progress of the repair, and the repair cost seemed reasonable. Thanks JAC and Benjamin and Tony -the technician- for another good experience. I highly recommend this repair shop to car owners in 92120 and all over SD.

Everyone at John’s was extremely professional and helpful! Any time I called someone answered the phone immediately. I was kept up to date on what was happening with my car. I appreciated the thorough inspection and feel confident with the work that was done!

When my car died late on a Saturday - Benjamin was super helpful in getting the car checked in and putting it on the schedule first thing on Monday! The did a VERY thorough, multiple checkpoint inspection.. but didn't try to oversell me on things that needed to be repaired. They focused on the critical repairs to get me back on the road and made me aware of other issues that should be monitored. It was a quick turnaround, and luckily not a super expensive repair needed, so they had me back on the road by Monday afternoon. And they did that all with a friendly and positive attitude. Will definitely return for my car repairs and highly recommend to friends and family.

I will be a customer for life. Customer service was exceptional and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Trust is so important when dealing with a business.
