My 2008 Toyota needed some long-overdue attention, and the technicians offered detailed inspection notes, prices/estimates for each line item, and sound advice (**without** making me feel guilty, cornered, or irresponsible, like so many other auto-services have caused me to feel in the past) to help me prioritize the services I needed on my tight budget. Because I live within 5 miles, I was offered shuttle service from and to my home, which was so wonderful.

We moved to San Diego CA in 2016 and was referred to John Automotive to service our 2005 BMW. Our relationship with them has been great. They have done all of our services and repairs. The staff is fantastic and professional. We are leaving San Diego but will recommend them for any of your car needs.
