I have been a customer of John's forever. I trust no one else to touch my 1979 Pontiac Firebird and they take care of all of the cars we have in our home. I constantly refer people to John's because I know without any doubt they will not only be getting the best customer service but a skillful, professional team of auto techs / mechanics who strive to ensure that every car in their bay leaves running great and steadily. The one thing I cannot stress enough is the honesty and openness John's Automotive's staff bring to the table. There have been countless times in the past with other mechanics and service techs who have "upsold" for services and items that weren't needed on my car. One even told me I needed to have my fuel injectors cleaned. My Pontiac has a carb. You don't get that kind of shenanigans at John's. They are thoughtful to your budget and what is needed to get your car on the road. It is fantastic working with a group of people who are focused on not only what your car needs NOW but also what it will need in the immediate future or in half a year. Communication and mindfulness are hallmarks of an excellent business and John's delivers every time. I don't have enough accolades for John and his teams at every location. They've been stellar to work with and I am grateful to know every one of them. (Including Brian and Jason) (That was a joke. They are all delights and very professional.)
