They are crooks. They wanted to charge $800.00 for an alternator that I just replaced and paid $350.00 for. They are crooks, they will tell you parts need to be replaced on your vehicle that really don't need to be.They are crooks don't ever go to John's Automotive in San Diego...I don't recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!
Great service with a timely completion date. Excellent customer service. Andrew was very helpful with getting me a ride after dropping off my parents car after the repair. The shuttle service was top notch. The driver was professional, timely and it was a pleasant ride. Thank you.
