Update-came back for work done on the car dropped off earliest possible. We were helped by Bryan. Right off the bat he explained how tired we looked (it was 7am) they ended up doing part of the work, but a part was needed to be ordered in order to continue some of the work so they said they call in the morning. Ended up having to call them the next day as my partner and I needed our car back to get to work at 3 (relayed this to bryan) he said it'd be done by 2, I told them to call AS SOON as its done. Little before 2:30 I get there, no phone call and my car is out the garage done! Okayyyy. Tell them I'm there to pick up car and they asked if I got a phone call. I told them no, that Bryan was supposed to call me but never did. Goes to grab him, he comes out still talking about how tired we look (seriously) tells me about a part that was damaged on the car and asked if i wanted to see the part they removed, which I got a picture of in email. I told him no thank you as we both have work at 3 and need to just pay the bill. WHY DID IT TAKE 25 MINUTES TO PAY AND GET A RECEIPT?! Well, because he kind of kept talking and telling stories. Im not one to be rude, but if someone says they gotta leave, you'd think there would be a bit of a pep in the step to get you out the door. Nope! I was there till about 2:50 barley getting in my car. Still 5 star reviews, but maybe listen to customers a little better, and maybe not make comments on peoples features as some people work their buts off all day and their days off really aren't days off. Wow. Just, wow! The people here are ON IT! They make you feel comfortable first thing coming through the door. The issue with our car was handled within the same day on a friday, which we thought the car would be spending the night since it wasn't starting. Justin helped us out. He and all the staff were friendly, didn't feel haggled once while being there, they're honest and upfront about their work. They let you know what NEEDS to be done, as well as things that could hold off for a bit so you're not spending money on stuff that may not be necessary at the time. Never have we came to a shop where they offered snacks and drinks, weren't making you pay for unnecessary services, even gave my partner and I a shuttle ride home after being told it'll be a while!! This will definitely be our new auto home!!

They are absolutely the best! When it comes to repairs and maintenance our vehicles always go to them. Just went in for an oil change but their customer service and thorough inspections are better than any other repair shop I’ve been to.

I came in recently to get a smog check to renew my car registration. The staff was professional and friendly. Tbe whole experkence was positive and didn't take long. I recommend John 's for your smog needs.

Super great experience. I got fully taken care of here. Needed my headlights replaced and wanted a particular type (high end led). Turns out unless you buy very expensive type they just don't last as long and not very reliable so they found me some great options that are just as bright as I wanted and are not considered after-market or unreliable. The people here (front desk Bryan and tech Ben) are super friendly, helpful, and know exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be back whenever we need any vehicles worked on. Thanks so much!

Their Covid policy was ON PAR! I felt so safe if their shop, they pretty much ran to the door to let anyone in and they have awesome stuff goin on like an oil change punch card! Overall the best service I’ve ever had at a shop.
