Bad customer service, no respect or awareness. Took my truck in to fix a knock sensor issue and was charged just for the problem to come back the next day. There was no refund. Recently brought my truck in for another problem and was told to drop it off Thursday. When I arrived Dave immediately started being a smart a** when I was nothing but respectful, he told me he couldn't work on it until Monday when I had an appointment for today (Thursday). He then proceeds to argue and throw little smart comments. Unless you want to deal with a unhappy smart mouth i would not recommend. These guys work by the book but are no master mechanics, you'll learn more on YouTube then these dorks.

I have been taking my vehicles to John's since the 90's. I have never had any problems. I have always received quality service.

Very positive experience. I worked with Rick, who was courteous, transparent about costs and expectations, and overall very pleasant to work with. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, dropped my car off in the morning, and it was ready that afternoon. Saved a couple hundred dollars having the work done here instead of the dealership, and I was very satisfied with the repairs.
