I was referred here by a friend because she said they are known for being no-nonsense guys who don't try and up-sell or screw you over. I was later told that these guys aren't paid on commission, so it makes sense that they aren't concerned about charging you the highest price. My car was involved in a hit-and-run on a hill, and they were able to get it inspected and write up an estimate for my insurance company. My insurance company was a NIGHTMARE to deal with (Geico). The adjuster went out and was completely unprofessional, telling the guys at the shop that he thought "something fishy" was going on (as if I was trying to commit insurance fraud). Bill had my back every step of the way, and even went as far as to let 2 different Geico people know how unprofessional the adjuster was and that supervisors should be involved. After dealing with that nightmare, I had my car back a week and a half later. My car would have been ready within 2 days had it not been for that stupid gecko and his terrible associates. Anyway, I appreciate how above and beyond Bill and the rest of his team went for me. I've told all my friends about this place, and will definitely return in the future with any needs!!
