I went to get my oil change here today, and I've never seen such great customer service. Everyone that walked by me or I encountered greeted me. Justin he is an out standing guy! Working in the service industry, for Homeshield Pest Control, we value number one customer service, and I want to hire some of these guys for how well they treated me. The oil change took a bit longer than other places I've been but they did a full inspection of my vehicle also, but I really felt like their service was outstanding. I felt like they did with me honestly like I've been there 100 times. It's also kid friendly they have a place for a little kids to choir toys and little snacks. I went I today and they took good care of me. Also had work at 1 PM and they had done in plenty of time.

Bill, who was my point of contact at the shop was both knowledgeable and sympathetic to how I wanted my vehicle cared for. I own a specialty Mustang and not everyone cares for it the way they should when working on it. The technician not only was knowledgeable and capable and did a great job , but also treated the vehicle with respect as well. Suffice it to say that I would recommend and will be recommending the shop to people that have mechanical needs and issues with their vehicles. Because of the type of car I have and how picky I am about it I tend to annoy service advisors by wanting to be informed about my vehicle every step of the way. This will include repeated phone calls as well as showing up to personally speak to the point of contact. Bill was great about it and everyone was very nice and professional the whole way through. I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on.
