It was my first time coming to this place, and loved it from the moment I called them to schedule an appointment! The staff on the phone was very professional and genuine. I came in for my appointment and the staff were very welcoming. They have free little snacks, coffee and bottled water for customers, I've yet to see that at any shops. Out of all of the great things experienced during my first visit, what I truly love the most was that I never feel pressured or felt like I was being tricked with information or prices. Military discount was a bonus! This will definitely be my auto shop to go to while stationed here in San Diego! Great service, lovely people -- amazing service overall!
