They always strive to do the best job possible. They do not sell you anything you do not need. (like your chrome muffler bearing is getting bad and needs replacing) The team is wonderful and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are honest, sincere, and all around great shop to get work done on your vehicle!

I guess they looked at the wrong mini cooper, they said that I didn't have oil in the motor, and anti freeze on the spark plugs. How can that be when I put the plugs in after it sat for all most a year, and there wasn't any anti freeze in it. And when I brought it somewhere else it had oil? Go figure I would not recommend them to look at a car again. But you gave me windshield fluid for 120.00 bucks

We have been taking our vehicles to John's for several years now and have never had any cause for concern. From setting up an appointment to checking out, their team is top notch. They are extremely knowledgable, pleasant and respectful and go out of their way to make customers comfortable. They always seem to be very honest about what we should do vs. what is not needed for maintenance. The last time I took my car in, I needed a ride home and I had just missed the shuttle so they had one of their guys take me home directly which was so appreciated so I didn't miss picking my kids up from school! When we arrived that evening (the work was completed early!), they offered my kids toys and snacks so they were very happy they got "stuck" picking my car up that time! We won't go anywhere else! Once again, the guys at John's have been awesome. I brought my car in for a repeating starter issue which was fixed super quickly, and then brought in a friend's car for an oil change. Turns out she had a few lights out, so they took care of them (no labor, except for the headlight, which is a huge pain...glad it was them not me) and gave me a free car wash, too. Always friendly, always helpful, Justin was fantastic. Thank you again, we will be back.

I brought my 98 chevy pickup to Johns. Justin helped me out when I first got there. Great customer service! Then Dave took over from there. Called me multiple times a day good news and bad....didn't matter he updated me every step of the way. I had a strong idea with what was happening with my truck when I had it towed there. I ended up having a couple bad injectors and fuel pressure regulator. Now my truck is running and I would recommend Johns auto services to anyone I know! The best part about bringing my truck there was the incredible customer service! I hope I don't have to see you guys again in a good way!
