These are my car peeps. Single woman? Look no further. I have an 2001 Buick Park Avenue with over 198,000 miles and every time a new issue pops up they fix it. Any issue, one stop. Their lobby is packed with treats (freebies) and they always have a fresh flower arrangement on the counter. The entire crew is friendly not just to me but to one another. They give me a ride to anywhere if my car needs to stay and every time my car is ready to be picked up, they walk me to it! Regarding my 2001 Buick Park Avenue with 198 plus thousand miles: They always fix what is broken, advise what's going to break in the future, (so I can plan ahead), make available transportation, snacks, coffee, tea and water (chilled or room temp!), they greet me cheerfully and interact cheerfully with one another. It's my go to place for car stuff and if I were a single woman, these would be my car peeps. Period. Thank you team for your great care. And oh, yeah.... one more thing, they walk me to my car when it's all ready to drive away, restored. :-) Five star? Yes.

Justin and crew did a great job taking care of my car. But more importantly, I felt comfortable that my car was in the right hands and the customer service was beyond any automotive place I've ever been to. Although John's had no openings for the next couple of days when I called to book an appointment, they were able to accommodate me when I gambled and brought the car in the next day. Repairs completed 24 hrs later and the car is working well. I have used John's a number of times on 2 different cars and they are always friendly and helpful. Good work at a fair price.

Very professional job done on my wife's car. My only concern is that I was not informed that the work had been finished and it took a call from myself the next day, about 9:30am, that the car was ready to be picked up. Other than that issue I am very pleased that my wife's car was serviced properly. Thank you.

HIGHLY recommend John's Automotive for any and all issues you may have with your vehicle! After driving in from East Texas, I needed an oil change. I looked on Yelp and saw their high rating. I spoke to David and he got me in first thing the following morning. The techs not only changed the oil; they checked all the belts, hoses and fluids. Every person I spoke to - from David to Justin to the gentleman who picked me up when my car was done - was friendly, personable, and actually made car care a fun experience! I no longer live in San Diego but if I did, they would be my go-to guys for car maintenance. Of course, they also offered free coffee and CHOCOLATE, so who wouldn't give them 5 stars??
