I called John’s Automotive Care to inquire about an oil change and spoke with Arron. Wow! He represented John’s Automotive Care so well. Such good customer service and people skills. I really had bad experiences with those quick oil change places and was so glad that a technician was available the same day to work on my 2019 Kia Optima. Getting an oil change at John’s Automotive Care wasn’t as expensive as the dealership but wasn’t as dirt cheap as those quick oil change places. You really get what you pay for when it comes to quality work which is what John’s Automotive Care is all about… quality work! Thanks, Arron and team!

Gave them a job they don't normally do and due to me getting a cheapish part the job was made more difficult. I'm happy with the install and they have always been fair in price and satisfied with work done.

I've been here multiple times. Very professional. They send you an email that is a very thorough check up on your vehicle. Pictures included. This will be my go to shop from here forward. Thanks to Aaron for quick follow up. Car was also done sooner that quoted!

Amazing! I needed my car fixed within less than 24 hours and they got it done by the time I needed it! My car is so much better now. They were kind and provided transportation to and from the mechanic. I will go there next time for any work that needs to be done on my Subaru!
