John’s Automotive Care was 5 plus experience Everyone was so nice. When the work was done, they even pulled the car to me, I just got in and drove off. The work done was cheaper then other places, I well be using John’s from now on.

I was visiting San Diego. Car over heated and could not be driven. Of course this occurred late on a Friday. I called John’s as a recommendation from AAA and had the vehicle towed there. I tried contacting many other shops prior. They promised to look at it Saturday (one of a few open on Saturday, which was surprising), but said it would not be repaired until the next week. End result is the problem was identified and resolved by mid-afternoon Tuesday. Took a little longer than I’d hoped (another hotel night) and was expensive. But working with my contact there, Neal, was a pleasure and he was patient with my continuous calls!

I've never had a shop offer rides to their customers before! The waiting room is always clean and stocked with soda and snacks. Robert worked with me on the priority of the work needed on my vehicle .Mike found the issue and my 1977 280Z has never run better.
