My 18-year-old son was in a minor accident in his Subaru Crosstrek on a rainy Sunday night just before Thanksgiving in San Diego. He damaged the rear hub, tie rod, tire, and various other parts. Had the car towed by AAA to John's Automotive Repair because it was close and had a good reputation. Spoke to Bryon first thing Monday morning to go over everything that was wrong. He was able to order all the parts and have the work completed by Tuesday afternoon, even though they had a very busy schedule before the holiday. Excellent service, personable technicians, and extremely helpful that they were able to get all the work done in time for the kid to make it home for Thanksgiving!

Clean shop. Everyone is always very polite, the place is always clean. And whether you are ripping me off (smile)or not i am always happy.

Recommend. I tend to believe I'm a pretty hard sell, but there is truly no other auto care organization I now trust more than John's Automotive Care. From the moment I was welcomed and on throughout the repair process, you all made an otherwise frustrating ordeal something that was actually seamless and enjoyable (relatively speaking because there's obviously nothing fun about a car unexpectedly giving you trouble).
