John's Automotive Care won me over a couple of years ago after I had been a loyal customer of a different auto repair shop for over twenty years. I can assure you that I will remain a customer of John's for at least that long. The staff is honest, professional, and caring. They know what they are doing and stand behind their work. I never feel like they are trying to sell me an unnecessary service and they have never patronized me. They have gone the extra mile to get my vehicles back to me as quickly as possible and allowed me to store my minivan on site while waiting for parts when I couldn't get it back and forth easily.
