I worked at a auto shop for years when I was younger, and feel I understand the business pretty well. John's Automotive is the only place I have taken my car since moving to San Diego. I have found them to be a friendly, local, honest and convenient place to bring my car. The service advisors are always nice and they call you if they have any recommendations-never any surprises. They have no problem taking you under the hood to help you understand your car and their recommendations don't seem to be superfluous. In 3 years, I have had no issues with any of the work they have done on mine or my fiance's car! Plus they give back to the local community of Allied Gardens big time! A neighbor we want to keep!

My overall experience with John's Automotive were excellent. He told me that I needed to leave the car with them to do a diagnostic test on my 05 Toyota Camry XLE to see what repair needed to fix on the car so I did. He called me back the following day and told me what repair need to be on my. Got the repair done within two days . My car run like a charm. I am very happy with my repair.. I will definitely recommend John's Automotive to my friend and family for repair.
