Great service! I have been going to the dealer for five years and my boyfriend urged me to try John's Automotive. I am so glad that I did. The price was lower than the dealer and they were so friendly. And I feel I can honestly trust them unlike the dealership. I will be back!

John’s Automotive in Grantville is a “class act”. I was treated with courtesy and respect from start to finish with my car service. No double talk, no hassles and no extended time. All CDC Covid provisions are followed and my car was sanitized before I got in it. Top that off with a longstem red rose...a class act indeed!

Amazing Service!

Definitely did not meet my expectations. Purchased a used vehicle and took it to John's. Paid an inspection fee, which proved to be only a fee to inspect the brakes. Jon's quote far exceeded a quote I received from Big O, the day before, where I had taken the vehicle for an oil change before driving it home from Carlsbad. John's Tire quote was also much, much higher as was the cost to replace the right side view mirror. In addition, the remainder of the work I asked John's staff to look at and price - didn't even address. Hopefully explains the "disappointment" - especially as I could have become a new customer for John's Automotive.

I have had great success when taking my vehicle in to John’s Automotive. This time was no different. Justin made sure my vehicle issues were fixed. He was very helpful and professional in delivering my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend John’s Automotive to everyone.

I think that Jason might be an Angel in human disguise just being honest he saved my life last week by bolting down my brake calipers so that my car would actually drive he took time out of his super busy schedule to help someone out for no good reason whatsoever except just the simple honor humility and grace of a good samaritan I cannot say enough good things about this man honestly God Bless him, his house, and his progeny Amen!

Great Service and COVID safe. Justin was very helpful and professional. They cover your seats and before you get in the car the wipe everything down for you. Great experience will definitely go here again.
