Took my car to have brakes checked, service advisor kept me informed thru texting and emails, they did a complete check of my car and took photos and emailed them to me. I did the recommend work and my car was ready the next day when promised. The front office was friendly and concerned that my car was sanitized. I would go to Johns shop again.

Dawn Brinegar, my service advisor, was professional, informative and kept me aware of the work needed to be completed on my vehicle, from the estimate to the completed service. Before turning it over to me, she removed all protective covering and sanitized the interior of the vehicle, which was, in my opinion, above and beyond, even with the COVID situation we are in. Tony Shelton, my technician, was thorough and completed the work in a timely manner.
