My kid crashed her first car. She’s okay, everyone’s okay. I’m just a single mom and a veteran so I had to take very small breathes because it knew this was gonna be a lot. I let him know my situation and I told him to just take forever to fix the car so I can save up the money and They are being great!

I appreciate that the guys take time to put the problem or repair needed into words that I understand. I have a choice as to how I need to deal with the situation and they know it. They keep a good working relationship when they help me make the right decision and not go in the hole paying for unnecessary repairs or outrageous overcharges.
