I found them on AAA’s list of affiliated repair shops who was participating the AAA’s Summer Vehicle Checkup Program. From the first call to book the appointment, to vehicle drop off, inspection results and being walked out to my vehicle upon completion, Benjamin (service advisor) and everyone treated me well, respectful and courteous. The oil change was basic, they use synthetic oil only which I prefer. The complete vehicle inspection report and the quotes were extremely detailed, including photos on my own vehicle’s parts and fluids. I’ve never seen anything so comprehensive/detailed. It was state of the art! THANK YOU BENJAMIN and John’s Automotive Care! (By the way, amid Covid-19, they use protective covers on vehicle surfaces and disinfect the steering wheel, gear shifter and panels they touched before letting you get back in the vehicle.)

Bryan was very helpful throughout the entire situation and made sure my family and I knew what was going on before my car was worked on. The staff also did a great job of getting my car back to me before the end of the day. If I have any other problems my car I will definitely be coming back to this shop. Thank you!!

Every time I need your service, I'm in a panic because I no nothing about car care. And the atmosphere in the office is calming when I walk in the door. Which is a huge help with my attack.
