This was my first time here and it was very comfortable through the whole process. Justin was knowledgeable and straight forward. It was probably not the cheapest, but I felt safe and they felt honest. I will be using them and I do recommend them.

A+ service. I went to two shops before coming here and each shop moaned and groaned and gave me pessimistic outlooks on my vehicle for a fairly simple repair. This shop had energy and was enthusiastic from the get go and made me feel good about bringing my vehicle in. That's what you want to feel like coming to a repair shop.

John's Automotive is always professional. My truck has 375,000 miles on it and they help keep it running. As a business owner I depend on my truck to earn a living and John's Automotive has never let me down. Competent mechanics and fair pricing, what more could a consumer ask for.

The message I received when requesting a quote was very professional and welcoming. I was requesting a quote for a wiring harness install which is definitely time consuming but fairly easy. When I did go into John's Automotive Care to inquire about said quote I was told that this is something they can not do. The tone of voice and answer was only changed once I stated that I actually have a message on Yelp stating this is something that can be done. It's weird that when I go into a establishment I am treated different then on paper or over the phone. Wouldn't recommend because of how I was treated in person. Wish it were different because I would've gladly shelled out a few hundred to whoever messaged back with the good customer service. Will not return or recommend because of the lack of good in person customer service.
