A+ service. I went to two shops before coming here and each shop moaned and groaned and gave me pessimistic outlooks on my vehicle for a fairly simple repair. This shop had energy and was enthusiastic from the get go and made me feel good about bringing my vehicle in. That's what you want to feel like coming to a repair shop.

I came to John's for a tire patch. I ended up needing a tire replaced as well. The entire staff is great! They are knowledgeable, fast and extremely nice. I will definitely be back!

They work fast but technicians can be careless and miss details. Had a brake light falling off the back of the vehicle. Overpriced and refuse to work with non-oem parts. Update: extremely overpriced. Careless. Mechanics in Michigan take way more time and properly look through each part of the vehicle. I got over quoted for nearly all services when the job is simple. Got quoted $1600 for brakes. Said I needed a full replacement of pads rotors and calipers. Absolute bull. Got my brakes fully serviced for $200 elsewhere. General manager does care about customers, but frankly this shop is out to get your money.

I got my car smogged here today after calling around getting quotes. My car kept getting quoted 70-90$ for a smog because it was a year 1999. Johns automotive was by far the cheapest and the customer service was on point they were all very friendly and treated me like family. Best price and great service can't get better than that. Think I found my new mechanic shop!
