This place is by far the best auto shop I have ever been to. I felt they were honest and their prices are very reasonable. Not to mention the top notch customer service they provide. I am only taking my car here for any service needs from now on.

The Best in Town

As always I got incredible service from Johns Automotive. One of the main reasons I take my truck is for the honesty. I told them while they had the tires off to do the brakes. I would of never known if I needed them or not. They called me to let me know I didn’t need brakes. That is hard to find with a mechanic shop.

I got treated like long-lost family. Great service - reliable, timely, thorough, kind, and didn't give me the feeling I was being talked down to because of my female gender. My new mechanic.

Friendly service but the quality of service was terrible. They strung me along all day and kept making excuses as to why my car wasn't finished on time. Kept trying to up-sell me on everything too. They did a transmission service and when I got checkup with a different mechanic they said the transmission wasn't even done. I would not recommend this place because you're going to have to get the work done again at a different place. If you would have contacted us back at the time that we serviced your vehicle (Dec 2017) we could have worked with you then to solve your concerns. We give a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty on most repairs so if you feel that you are still having problems and you are under that mileage we will absolutely take care of any warranty item for you. We always work with our customers to try and provide a service that best fits their needs and budget.
