The best automobile service center that I know of. Neat and clean; lots of good snacks; very fast service; courteous and helpful people; reasonable price. I drove 15 miles to have my smog test done here.

I read about John’s on Yelp and every review was true. Bill was an excellent service advisor. The estimating process is highly professional and transparent. The work was done quickly and first rate with even a shuttle to and from my house. What is best is there was no finding a thousand other things that needed repair over and above the brake job I knew the car needed. In fact, Bill praises the overall condition of my 2012 Escape instead of selling me on everything that was wrong. Price was competitive although you can never put a price tag on quality, honesty and peace of mind. Highly recommended.
