The employee's here are beyond patient. Not only are they efficient at their jobs, they're efficient at explaining their repair process, the issues of your vehicle, the required fixes, and even the payment options. Would definitely reccomend them. Regardless if you take my review seriously or not, I know who Il go to God forbid my car has another issue.

From the minute I walk in, I feel almost like family. The shop is clean from front to back, the employees are in uniform and the service is friendly and efficient. I feel like everyone bends over backward to make and keep us happy and that's worth its weight in gold. Thanks to the ladies and gents of John's Automotive. You have my vote and my loyalty!

Had a great experience with Bill. He was thorough and patient with me and explained everything to me. They also sent me a breakdown of all they checked and the priority of when and if it needed to be fixed. I appreciate their honesty. I originally went to honda and they quoted me more than double for the same services I received. Will definitely be back and recommend to others. John's Auto Care is by far the best in San Diego. They're fast, reliable, and they do great work. My car knowledge is limited and I always worry that mechanics take advantage of that or try to up-sell unnecessary things. It was a long day without answers or correct information. I wish I didn't have to have an 8 am appointment if my car didn't get worked on till noon. Next time I would like more accurate estimates for how long it will take and not have to arrive four hours before my car is serviced. Thank you.
