THESE GUYS !!! Holy Toledo...they are direct, to the point, and completely honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle. I have dealt with both Justin and Byron directly and my experiences could not have been better. To top it all off with the awesome knowledge, honesty, and quick communication, they all have some of the best personalities so it makes everything run smooth from the beginning. I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on !

I was referred here for a smog. I came in on a Saturday and Dave helped me out he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and pleasant to wait at. The work was done fast and within my budget just as Dave had quoted. He kept me posted throughout process and checked out the entire vehicle for safety. I will definitely recommend johns automotive to friends.

TL;DR :Go here, I have no reason to suspect they sabotage my car like I had with Midas. Prices might be a little higher but the quality of work, trustworthiness, and long Warranty are worth it. I've been going here for a few times already and wanted to make sure my thoughts were correct before reviewing. This is my second car (2000 Mustang) I am bringing to this place. My first car (1998 Mustang GT) I brought to Midas, exclusively and near the end of its life I swear Midas was sabotaging my car. I have no proof of it, other than for damn near 6 months straight I kept going every pay week and repairing something new that happened to go wrong with it somehow. I was sceptical of course with my new car and repair centers, I was looking around, distance didn't much matter to me as long as it was within 30 minutes of a drive. I found this place, and I don't regret it. Their prices might be a little pricey, but the quality of work that doesn't, not to mention that incredibly long Warranty they have on all their products. Originally I started with an oil change, and they let me know of issues needing fixed right away so I did it. Later on, I had an issue where my alternator failed and I had no appointment but had it towed here, they had it fixed the next day and I was on my way. This previous visit I made last weekend I wanted another oil change and a power steering flush done. I took a taxi home if my own choice and planned to take another back there but they were more than happy to have their driver come pick me up for free. They let me know after the free car inspection they do everytime I get my car serviced there that I had no problems with my car that need repaired immediately. That should be proof enough they don't snake you for money, they are busy as it is.

Incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and with Yelp quotes. Gave me a thorough quote, explained everything really well and patiently, with a lot of honesty and friendliness. Their quote was pretty high, but it included a three-year warranty, new parts and a AAA discount, which was 10% off up to $50. Would definitely go to them in the future.
