John’s Automotive took great care of my car and treated me with respect and honesty...not something you always find with auto repair.

Very professional. Able to find the problems that I explained to them. The last shop I went to the week prior with the same concerns never mentioned anything wrong that they could find.

The guys at John's were very helpful and patient as we discussed services I needed for my Truck. When I brought it in, they were quick to check me in while I enjoyed their tasty free coffee and they even offered me a ride home. I was especially impressed with the complete inspection report they emailed me that day, that included photos of any items they thought needed attention and with internet links to the functions of those mechanical items. Very Cool! They completed the work that day, and I'm very satisfied with their work, the price and my experience with all the folks at John's.

I was a referral and I thought it was going to be one of those visits where they say I need brakes, alignment, windshield wipers and the routers needed to be replaced. NOPE! I was wrong. Didn’t even need brakes... they suggested a cleaning and adjustment of the back brakes. I was a happy camper! Great customer service from everyone who spoke to me and they even have a shuttle, snacks, basic drinks and candy! The bathroom was even clean!!! Found me a new shop! Thank you John’s!

I primarily worked with Randy in customer service. He took the time to answer my questions and to explain what needed to be fixed on my Rav4. Great guy! My car was repaired in one day. Runs wonderful. Very personable and professional business. In the past I would only go to Toyota dealership BUT NOT anymore. Very happy experience. Thank you.

I took my 2007 Ford Focus in for a smog certification. The team at John's Automotive discovered 2 serious repairs that need to be fixed. My car drives like a new care - no more rattles, goes uphill smoother, engine turns over faster. I'm thrilled. Even my passengers comment on the difference.

Everyone was courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with through the whole process from making an appointment to picking up my car. Explained what tests they would do to figure out what was wrong, and gave estimated costs. Kept me in the loop as they discovered what was wrong with my AC and let me know when my car was ready to go home the next day. Highly recommend! Thanks John and Mike!
