Just had my first experience with John's Automotive and I have found my new "mechanic" ( a term of respect I haven't used since the man who took care of my '71 Impala)!!! I had a screw in my tire and was hopeful that they could fix it. They DID!! Everyone was helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional. Even when one of the coworkers was upset about an incident that happened, he stopped looked at the customer area and said "let me choose my words wisely", then he did. I cannot remember the last time customer service extended to filtering conversations. I will be sharing your name with everyone I know who owns a car. Also so sorry it wasn't until I was back on the freeway that I realized I forgot to throw away my coffee cup. Thank you
