This is the best automotive shop in San Diego, by far. Justin and the other staff here are honest, respectful, and will work hard to diagnose and fix problems while keeping you in the loop. My car needed a few belts and a motor mount replaced. Afterwards (the next day), a belt tensioner broke. They immediately payed for the second repair, no questions asked. Later on one of the new belts (A/C) needed some adjustments, causing my A/C to stop working. Again, they repaired the car with no extra bill, and no questions asked. These guys are the best team you will find, highly recommended!

Was looking for a new auto shop since I moved here and I finally hit the jackpot. Went to them to get maintenance done because I was about to head home for Leave due to being on crutches. They offered to take me home and pick me up while they worked on it. They went above and beyond and even sent me an email with a summary of info for regular maintenance and anything they saw. Everyone was so nice and upfront that I came back the next day to get some of the regular maintenance done for the trip and they even bought me lunch while I waited. They are all about customer service. Will be coming back for all future truck repairs and services.

Honest and reliable! I recently called John Eppstein (a fellow shop owner) at John's Automotive Care to take care of one of my good customers while they were in San Diego on vacation. John's team didn't hesitate to go above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Byron and Bryan arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off, my customer returned to her vacation spot and then took care of getting her vehicle back to her in the same day. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I knew that she was being taken care of by the best in town!
