Top notch. I would tell them that the customer service is superlative (Thank you Justin!). This business really appreciates its customers. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Receiving emailed photos of what needed attention on my car, and the printed history put together from my file folder of odds and ends of receipts were impressive, and welcome bonuses. Justin really went all out to ensure that I would be a happy, and repeat, customer. And, what a clean facility!

Recommend. I tend to believe I'm a pretty hard sell, but there is truly no other auto care organization I now trust more than John's Automotive Care. From the moment I was welcomed and on throughout the repair process, you all made an otherwise frustrating ordeal something that was actually seamless and enjoyable (relatively speaking because there's obviously nothing fun about a car unexpectedly giving you trouble). Byron truly went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car repair was properly managed, but also that I was well-informed throughout the process, was properly treated by the third party warranty company and was given the absolute, most reasonable total cost and timeline for the repair. I plan to be very vocal about recommending you all, because you truly deserve the trust of all of San Diego County (and beyond that too, but SD County is just more realistic...you get what I mean); in fact, I am moving to Orange County, but will -- without a doubt -- still continue to come to John's for any and all car-related matters. This place is awesome!!! They saved my car, had no idea I had a serious issue going on and they caught it just in time :) they had to order parts and still fixed it in 24 hours! The staff is friendly and amazing... Dave is the man! Definitely a trustworthy efficient place to take your car!

I never thought I'd receive such excellent customer service here! I'm not saying its ever been bad but this time Justin went above & beyond. I had no idea that I would need a new transmission but thank God it was covered under my warranty. As soon as it was confirmed that a new transmission was needed Justin went to work to find it, get his team to install it, & get my car back to me in record time! I was very surprised at how quickly it was replaced & repaired. Thank you Justin for great service once again!
