Our Camry hybrid needed the air flow shutter to be replaced. John's service was excellent from start to finish. They provided us a ride home and back to pick the car up (we only have the one vehicle). Work was completed as promised at a reasonable price.

As always, JAC under-sold and over-delivered. I'm a back-yard mechanic and usually would have tried to figure the start problem on my Jeep on my own. It's a good thing I didn't even try this time. They found the problem in less than a day, they repaired the problem, which I would have spent weeks trying just to diagnose, and they came a picked me up, which saved me either walking in the rain to the John's Auto or coordinating with a friend to drop me off.

The guys at John’s were very personable and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what was going on with my truck and due to how old it is, I’ll probably end up putting more money into fixing it over the next few years. Instead of encouraging me to continue to bring it back in for ongoing maintenance, I should look into getting something more reliable. I have nothing but respect for them.
