So happy with the services and repairs provided at John’s Automotive Care. I started having grinding noice when breaking and brought my car there because they had great reviews and were open on Saturday. Very friendly staff at the reception. They couldn’t get my car fixed the same day due to other busy day but one of the guys did a visual inspection of my car, gave some suggestions and scheduled me ASAP. Repair took place coming Monday. I loved very though inspection of the whole car and full emailed report with pictures and suggestions. Very satisfied with how friendly, quick and efficient their services are! The price was right too!

Professional and courteous service. AAA certified smog check. Very easy. Alternator fixed this time along with an oil change. Superior service again. Vehicle towed by AAA certified tow truck at the end of the day for service the next day. Diagnosis was efficient and repair was conducted in a reasonable time. If you want an honest repair shop, this is the place to take your vehicle.

My alternator was not working and needed to be replaced. They sent me a text email showing a list of repairs that needed to be done and which ones such as the alternator needed immediate attention. Very detailed with pictures of an oil leak. Also if you have AAA you can get a discount and I had a coworker refer me and I got a discount for that as well. Very professional operation.

This would have been a 5-star rating if the tech who had to get inside my glove compartment in order to access a lever had bothered to pick up the CDs and napkin that fell out and landed on my passenger-side floor. There was nothing on the floor before he got into the glove compartment. That was sloppy. Makes me wonder what else about my service was sloppy... ?? Details matter. On a positive note: The front desk check-in service by Dawn check-out service by Justin was excellent.

So if you want to feel appreciated (treated with respect, timely updates, dedicated point of contact, clean atmosphere, complimentary refreshments, etc.) this is the shop for you.
