First, your staff are great. Dropped off my car, gave me an estimate, left my car, they called when it was repaired. Found a few other things to fix, but let me know a head of time. Not only was the price good, they even gave me a discount just for showing my Kaiser card. Great service, Great Customer Service employees. Thank you.

Extremely professional, considerate, and friendly.

I brought my Jeep here for a simple oil change. Now that my Jeep is past it’s warranty, I figured, no need to take it to the dealer, let me try someplace new. Well, they decided to take out my cabin air filter (without asking me) to show me how dirty it was. This was behind the glove compartment. I told them that “yes, please change it” but they couldn’t find it in stock anywhere so they had to put it back. All the dust from the dirty filter spread throughout my car for two days because they didn’t put it back correctly and of course, they broke my glove compartment. My favorite part is that whoever was in my car “sneezed”. They sneezed all over the inside of my windshield, the mirror, the dashboard and gauges. It even got on the driver side window. Obviously, whomever sneezed wasn’t professional enough to clean it up. If they are not professional enough to clean their sneeze and not competent enough to put the cabin filter back in correctly without breaking my glove compartment, why would I give them anything more expensive to fix or service.

Michael, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience at our shop when you brought in your Jeep. We reached out to you as soon as we saw your review and hope you will return our phone call soon. During your visit we did install a new cabin air filter successfully, and it was the engine air filter that was a special ordered. As far as the broken glove box and dust, we would be more than happy to address these problems and present a solution! In reference to the "sneeze". We spray down each vehicle with sanitizer after the services are completed. We have recently changed this procedure to wiping down the interior with a sanitizing solution. We apologize for the inconvenience but greatly appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

I take my car to the San Diego location. The location is out of the way for me, but wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else for service. The auto technicians are very thorough and I always feel confident that nothing is missed that might need attention. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Two days ago I took my car in for service and there was a time constraint for me when I would need the use of my car. This time limit was taken into consideration and all work was completed within 2 hours from the time I dropped off my car.

Great service! Mathieu was extremely knowledgeable and ordered the part that I needed right away. They were able to fix my vehicle the same day the part arrived for about $600 less than other body shops quoted me. I won't be taking my car anywhere else in the future!
