Once again, these guys went above and beyond regular customer service. Justin, took very special care and attention helping me handle the situation with my car- literally in every way. I cannot thank Justin and everyone at John’s who made this possible.

I was helped by Justin and Matthew who were quick to greet me and service my car. They were friendly and even remembered I was a previous customer. They answered my questions and weren’t demeaning whatsoever which I really appreciate as a woman coming into an auto repair shop alone. Also got my AAA discount. Thanks for another great visit!

Went to John’s for a tire rotation and oil change for my ARI Fleet vehicle. Incredibly kind and courteous staff. They quickly took care of my truck and made sure I was back on the road in no time.

This is a great place, with very professional and customer service oriented people. It is always a pleasure working with them. Every time I had an appointment, everything went great, and people who work there answered all my questions. There was a time when I had to cancel an appointment because I realized that I was going to need my car the day of the appointment, and the lady I spoke with was very understanding and cancelled my appointment with no issues. I would highly recommend this place.
