As a female, they have earned my trust over the years, I never have to worry about being "gouged"! John, the owner, even advised me at one point not to put any more money into my older vehicle, that it was time to sell it! Great advice and he has been on board with my new vehicle and helping me maintain it. Dawn and Benjamin were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with! Our BMW was ready a little earlier than promised so we were very happy about that. All in all our dealings with John’s Automotive this time and in the past have been very positive. We were bummed that due to Covid right now they don’t have their courtesy shuttle running but we understand!
