These guys are the best! They are completely transparent, advise you exactly how long they think it'll take to get you repair done. They're upfront with the expected cost, everyone is super friendly and helpful. As we were dropping off our car this morning, they announced a company huddle over the loudspeaker and all the bees and mechanics gathered in the back for a little meeting. Wow, refreshing to see an auto repair shop operating like this.

John's is a wonderful place to have your car serviced and repaired. The people are friendly and good at what they do--you can actually talk to the mechanic working on your car if you need to. But usually Dawn (job title unknown, but she seems to run the place!) can tell you all you need to know. So happy I found them.

made appointment for 40,000 service -- (Toyota said they schedule about 3 hours for that service) took truck in Tuesday 10:30 AM --- picked up truck Wednesday about noon I added some work -- 5-5:30 PM Tuesday -- but that was after you had the truck some 7 hours if John's work load Tuesday was that backed up you should have rescheduled my truck service
