The staff at John's are always so friendly! They are reasonable and thorough explaining the car's most needed services and I never feel are too pushy to make unnecessary replacements. They do a great job!

Go here and ask for RANDY!!! Hands down the best technical capable and friendly mechanics I have ever met. I move frequently and have used a lot of service centers across the country for the last twenty years. This place cares about their customers and knows what they are talking about - they take pics of damage and walk you through issues with the car. Unlike many places, they do not brow beat you into service that's not absolutely necessary. Randy took the time to help me understand the issues with the cars, gave great recommendations on how to make sure I was making the best choice for my car, and did everything possible to put my mind at ease about a very costly repair. My only wish is that when I move again, I could take these guys with me for future car repairs.

John and the folks that work there are fair and do their best to take care of you and your automotive needs. Good people to work with... Honest and reliable.

After going to several other places to get help with my smog check - these guys were the only helpful ones. They were prompt and knowledgeable about an old vehicle which did pass the test.

I promise I don't get paid to review John's Automotive Care, well I do get water, coffee, and snacks when I leave my car. I will not have anyone else work on my car and even paid extra to tow it to them when I had a serious problem with my car. I never feel taken advantage of and they are always concerned about the safety of my kids and me.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at John's Automotive Care. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan while my car was at the shop. He seemed very thoughtful and honest with me, and took the time to walk me through all my options. That appears to be the culture there, and the team almost seems like a family. They are kind and respectful to customers and each other alike. I felt like I was truly being taken care of and definitely plan to return when/if any future car troubles happen.

I love these guys! Each time I take my car in, they are always super friendly, willing to accommodate and provide honest and professional service! The benefits of using them as my mechanic are numerous, starting with a ride back home after dropping my car off to getting a coupon for a free car wash after the service they provide. They are upfront, honest and don't talk to me as a woman in a condescending manner, but treat me with respect and dignity, something I've rarely experienced with an auto shop. I HIGHLY recommend them.
