The staff here is top notch. I took my vehicle in for a tune up and to get idea on what maintenance is needed to keep it going for as long as possible. Dawn went over everything they found and advised on what should be addressed first. I appreciate that she answered any questions I had. Service was completed when promised and the Covid precautions they are taking to keep everyone safe is impressive.

John's is our go-to for our aging Toyota MR-2. They have demonstrated an understanding of this vehicle and its various mechanical elements and have provided excellent service, repair, problem-solving, and advice. I highly recommend John's!

First time getting my vehicle serviced here and it was an awesome experience. Benjamin Giles was very informative and addressed all my questions. I enjoyed their detailed email report of every action/inspection they conducted with up front costs.

Great service as usual. Jack was a pleasure to deal with and a total professional. All questions answered and more than enough information regarding work needed. I also said I'd probably be in by 6pm and didn't make it. He called at 6:15 to ask if I was on the way. That's extra service not seen much in business. Also a thanks please to the unnamed mechanic who fixed and cleaned what he could of the engine of my truck. I appreciate it very much. I'll see you all again, Tom Graham
