This was my second time at Johns. I won’t go anywhere else now. It all comes down to the personal service. I’ll be honest I know very little about mechanics. Which is to say that whatever goes on behind the scenes, I have no way to judge. I just want my car back w a clean bill of health. What does matter is how I am treated as a person. Which isn’t always the priority everywhere you go. They are SUPER communicative, honest, and thorough. And I was EXTREMELY impressed by their Covid measures. Disinfecting the steering wheel and drivers area, even the key before handing it back to me. Just really nice crew all the way ARound. Ideally you wanna be at a mechanic as little as possible but when you need to be At one this is the one to go to.

Erika and team were amazing! My car was experiencing an inconsistent issues with its starter, but they reassured me they would get to the bottom of it. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem while providing a smooth experience, all during a pandemic. Erika was honest and wonderful, I will definitely be returning to this location.
