Great service as always! Dawn and Brian (with an I) definitely have their customer’s best interests in mind. Thanks for the help and diagnosis on my Chevy Tahoe, and for the personal referral to Chevy to hopefully cover the issue under warranty even though I’m out by a couple months. I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back!

Aside the fact that I worked for Johns for almost 4 years, I have now since become a customer. One of my fleet trucks was down. Got it there late afternoon, they had a diagnosis still that same day AND had it ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. This is fantastic. With 22 trucks in the fleet, Im sure there will be more coming to Johns for the great service. In my world, if my trucks are down, Im losing money at a rapid rate. Johns has this one their minds as rule #1 and really came through. Thanks Guys!!
