John's Automotive is the best! I love these guys. They are always super friendly, helpful and accomodating. The benefits of using them are numerous, from being able to make an appointment online late at night (and getting an immediate response), to getting a ride home home after dropping my car off, to receiving a coupon for a free car wash after the service. In addition, being a woman, they have always treated me with respect and dignity, never rude or condescending, which has been the case with other mechanics I've been to. Both Justin and Bryan this time were extremely helpful. I highly recommend these guys! I took my Kia Optima in for an overall assessment to hopefully determine whether to repair all of its issues and keep it or just buy a newer car. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces. I explained what I wanted/needed and a wonderful man named Dave Carr walked me through the issues to clarify exactly what I was asking for. We set an appointment and the day I took it in, he had a shuttle waiting to take me back home with a plan and estimate in mind. Within a few hours, I received a comprehensive and detailed outline of all of the issues, including pictures and recommendations. They were meticulous! I did not tell them in advance all of the known issues, so there was no way he could have defrauded me with the report. My car was in bad shape - even dangerous to drive. He could have easily taken my money (several thousand) and convinced me to have them repair my car, but instead, helped me to see what my options were for the long-term toward investing in a newer car. I chose to put my money toward a newer car. Dave took the time to answer my questions and point me towards "honest" car dealerships with the intent of bringing in my new car in for a real mechanical check up prior to purchasing. I will definitely use these guys for all of my mechanical needs from here on out - and although Dave was outstanding, I got the feeling that any of the men there would have been just as helpful and honest. They were all respectful and kind. I would rather pay a little more and get honesty, professionalism and respect than save a little and lose a hubcap and be treated like a dimwit. Thank you Dave! Thank you to Brian & Mike for getting my car serviced with complete brakes on a Saturday! They even included lunch because it was a long service and they only had 2 techs. Very courteous guys and they kept me updated! I appreciated their professionalism and wit!
