Even though my appt was for a free AAA check up, I was so impressed with Justin's manners. I felt well taken care of while I waited. Every other service person who entered the office was in good spirits and helpful. Customers who came in while I waited were also treated like family. The report on my car was thorough and nice to have. I will return!!!

JAC had a persistent issue with my differential/transfer case. They took the initiative to have the issue looked at, and solved, by a specialist in transmissions. They handled it fairly, even crediting the amount of the initial fix that didn't work. They will work with the customer to solve any issue, big or small.
