I just got my car smogged and this place had the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered, everyone was super friendly, they offered me snacks and coffee or soda or water plus a free freaking calendar and honored a $10 off coupon for my smog recertification. I received one of those flyers in the mail from my dealership that I was due for a 90k mile check up and since I hadn't gotten anything on my car checked out since the last oil change, I thought I better get looked at. I decided to take it to John's and Justin was more than helpful. We went over some of the work that I had gotten done recently as well as how long I've had my car and if I knew if any belts or spark plugs had been changed. I said I didn't know and he assured me that they would check everything out and only replace what needed to be done. This was incredibly helpful and probably saved me over $100 by not taking it to the dealer. I really appreciated Justin's up front honesty with what was going on and taking care of the immediate needs on my car. I will definitely be bringing it back here when the next issue comes up with my car! My first visit here was great! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and thorough. I only needed an oil change and for them to check my brakes but their thorough email documenting everything they found was great. I ended up having to have quite a bit of work done on my car but that's ok. I'm glad they found the issues that I didn't know were going on. I will continue to take my car here anytime I need something done. Finding the right place to take your car for repairs and maintenance can be a stressful experience. I cannot tell you how glad I am to have found John's Auto Care. I have been taking my car here for the last 2 years, and I am blown away by their service at every visit. Today, I had to make a few repairs to my Toyota Camry. It's a holiday weekend and I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to make it out of town to visit my family for Christmas. Randy and the team members at John's stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I could have my vehicle ready for this weekend. Not only that, but they made me feel like I was part of the family and made this one of the best customer experiences of my life. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. These guys are awesome. Went in to get my BMW diagnosed, they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and provided recommendations for the repairs. If there's something strange with your 'Car' Who you gonna call? Justin! My Chevy had been stalling and I was so uncomfortable to drive it so I simply wanted an opinion and guidance in the next step to take. So I brought it to Justin Snyder with John's Automotive Care in Mission Valley (a little out of my way because I don't trust many car people), and I am absolutely satisfied with his help and the team there. Mechanics were able to point out a few things my last mechanic goobered up, discover what was still under warranty, as well as suggest any maintenance precautions. He was knowledgeable, honest and in support of my safety, not my wallet like most. I appreciate it a ton and would bring my car back without any hesitation.
