It took my '98 Jeep Wrangler for service to get it running smoothly for the summer. I worked with Justin and he was great! He spent a lot of time with me explaining what repairs were needed and why as well as what could wait for the next visit. As always, the staff was very courteous, the work was done in the time frame promised, they made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and let me know when in the future any follow-up work will be needed. I trust my car only to John's Auto Care, and won't go anywhere else. They're the best all around!

We cannot thank you enough. In March you replaced the brakes on my daughters car. She could tell that they were not right and we took it back. All of the work was done again with new parts at no cost to us. Thank you for making the car safe and standing by your work. We will never take our cars anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about John's. They replaced the brakes on my daughter's car in March. She told me that they still did not feel right and were making a strange noise. We took it back and they did all of the work again at no charge. They stand by their work and we will never go anywhere else again to have our cars worked on.
