I was trying to buy a used car in the area, and called around to find a mechanic who could check it. John's had no space at the time, but one of the mechanics, Brian, took 30 mins to give the car a walk-around for free. He spotted some alarming stuff and saved me from buying a potential lemon! I have gone to John's a couple times in the past to get my previous vechicle worked on, so when my current car broke down I didn't hesitate to call them. The gentleman I had spoke with had asked me details about my car and it's issues, and let me know it sounded like a transmission problem. He let me know that my type of vehicle was having a bunch of extended warranties and advised calling the dealership to inquire. And what you know, it was the transmission and it was in fact under warranty!! So informative, and I could not be more appreciative of your integrity. :) Justin and the team are so helpful and very informative!
