Love this place! I've taken my car here a handful of times, and the customer service only gets better each time. Everyone is kind from the moment you walk in the door. They will take the time to listen to your concerns while making sure that the experience is still efficient and high quality. They're great at answering questions and explaining details in a way that is comprehensible, even to those less fluent in car talk! Convenient location, complimentary snacks, personable service = I won't take my car anywhere else!

Diagnostic was done fast... to the point, nice and explain things. Fixed my car and she’s running good as new again.

Less deception and obvious trickery

I've come here for a plethora of things for my 02 F150. The team at John's is super friendly and helps you figure out everything that needs to be done. Their comprehensive inspection is SUPER clutch and allows you to know ahead of time what to take care of for your vehicle. These guys know what they're doing. A nice bonus is the free water, coffee, and snacks should you choose to wait. Take your car to John's to get it running how it should!!!
